  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Support patients and their families in managing chronic conditions and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
  • Current LVN licensure in California (or LPN licensure in Oregon).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 1 year of recent experience in home health or a related field.
