About the Role

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Associate who can maintain our apartment community's cleanliness and ensure a positive living experience for our residents. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic housekeeping duties and procedures, as well as the ability to follow instructions and work independently.

The role includes maintaining facilities through daily cleaning, operating various equipment, handling cleaning supplies, and following safety protocols. The estimated salary for this position is $28-$35 per hour, based on industry standards and location factors.
