**Job Summary:** Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Systems Designer Lead to support our Intelligence Community (IC) program. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop instructional materials, including training plans, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, tests, and evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning objectives are aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Develop visual solutions for a wide range of formats and dissemination outputs.
- Utilize graphics software to design and produce interactive multimedia presentations.
- Advise on imaging, video, and graphic matters.
- Research subject matter to convert text themes or ideas into illustration or graphic design.
- Develop fully functional eLearning courses, instructor-led courses, blended learning courses, and assist in the creation of learning labs and exercises.
- Ensure courses are Section 508 compliant.
**Requirements:**
- BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
- 8 or more years progressive work experience in instructional design, preferably in the DoD or IC community.
