We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Creator to join our team at Educational Testing Service (ETS). As a key member of our assessment development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our customers.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing Learning Content: Create engaging and effective learning content, including assessments, curricula, and instructional resources, that align with current standards and trends in education.
- Collaborating with Subject-Matter Experts: Work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure that learning content accurately reflects the latest knowledge and research in their field.
- Implementing Learning Solutions: Implement learning solutions, including assessments, curricula, and instructional resources, that meet the needs of our customers.
- Providing Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in learning content creation and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in learning content creation, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong focus on assessment design and evaluation.
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Strong subject-matter expertise in education, instructional design, or a related field, with a deep understanding of current standards and trends.
