Job Description

Are you passionate about moving earth and building infrastructure? We have a great opportunity for a skilled Earthwork/Grading Foreman to join our team at IOC Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise Grading/Dirt crews to safely and efficiently execute assigned work.
  • Implement project changes and communicate requirements to work crews.
  • Provide crews with timeline schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Execute grading operations for mass earthwork, loading of hauling vehicles, and fine grading for roads and surfaces.
  • Coordinate and schedule job site work, site inspections, and site materials.
  • Ensure daily time, job activity, and material reports are current and correct.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years experience as an Earthwork/Grading Foreman in Civil Construction.

· Valid driver's license.

· Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to work beyond normal business hours when needed.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with HCSS Heavy Job is a plus.

· Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

· Experience operating Heavy Equipment.
