About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Earthwork/Grading Foreman to lead our grading and earthwork teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and experience in managing projects and activities in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise grading/dirt crews to safely and efficiently execute assigned work.
  • Implement project changes and communicate requirements to work crews.
  • Coordinate project schedules, site inspections, and materials.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee daily operations, including time reporting, job activity tracking, and material management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Earthwork/Grading Foreman in civil construction.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HCSS Heavy Job is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
