Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education to patients and families on disease management and self-care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.

- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
