Job Summary

Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or other supervisory staff.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and equipment as needed.
