Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at DOCS Dermatology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and staff.
Responsibilities- Verify patient information and medical history
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures
- Schedule medical procedures and instruct patients on medication usage
- Collect and process lab specimens, sterilize medical instruments, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a medical office setting
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding (preferred)
