Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling in-home presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED with 1-3 years of sales-related work experience.
  • Valid drivers' license and a clean driving record.
  • Technical sales experience a plus.
  • In-home sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving market conditions.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to travel within the territory.
