About Us : Innovative Hardware Inc. dba EPS is an established integration company that was recently acquired by Rocky Rodriguez and Mike Wackerly. EPS offers system design, installation, service, and monitoring for a majority of Division 27 and 28 construction - including intrusion, access, fire, CCTV, and sound systems, for clients throughout the country.

Job Description : We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales and business development for our integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and fire systems, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions, including CCTV, fire, access control, intrusion detection, and other security technologies. 
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts. 
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. 
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management. 

Requirements : 

  • Proven experience in security and fire system sales, technology sales, or a related field. 
  • Strong knowledge of security integration solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire detection, and networking). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. 
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. 
  • Valid driver's license, insurable by our company provider and willingness to travel as needed.
