VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Weber County Correctional Facility in Ogden, Utah. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide proactive and collaborative care to patients in a correctional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer assessments and make clinical decisions to provide Mental Health treatment
- Co-lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy sessions
- Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and collaborate with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual
- Perform risk assessments of inmates and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
- Prepare documentation, records, and reports as necessary
- Master's level degree in a relevant field
- Minimum one year of employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent
- Satisfactory background investigation report
- Competitive hourly wage ($32-$35)
