Job Title: Lead Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Massage Therapists to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Massage Therapists to achieve exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote career growth and development for Massage Therapists
  • Monitor and analyze revenue totals to ensure Massage Therapists are meeting or exceeding goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized massage therapy environment
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of massage experience in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of spa treatments preferred
  • Massage Therapist license
Requirements:
  • Current Texas Massage License
  • Valid liability insurance and ability to pass a background check
