Overview: The client is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance their Policy Governance & Management team within the Global Operations and Technology Control Management department (1LoD).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a comprehensive and scalable Operations and Technology Policy Management Governance Framework by continuously monitoring, identifying, and addressing Policy Governance and Management risks.
  • Ensure the Policy Document portfolio remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Support various risk programs, including audit responses and regulatory inquiries.
  • Manage complex projects that involve collaboration with business units to strengthen controls and mitigate deficiencies.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental objectives.

Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess a background in Policy Management or auditing, excel in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate a strong analytical mindset to devise innovative solutions for enhancing the organization's risk framework.

Additionally, the candidate should be self-driven, exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint). A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement is essential.
