Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Care Champion: Treat clients, their families, and Endeavor staff with utmost dignity, kindness, and respect. Always be professional, punctual, and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, which may include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, in accordance with the personalized care plan.
  • Encourage clients to maintain as much independence in their care as possible.
  • Support clients in following a balanced diet and staying hydrated while respecting their preferences.
  • Document client records accurately during each shift in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
  • Adhere to proper protocols in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
  • At least 1 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience
  • Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screening
  • Availability to work on short notice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CNA, Certified Caregiver License, or HHA Certification
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray
  • AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
