Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Center Supervisor to oversee our operations in Montgomery County, PA. This role entails managing the daily functions of our center, ensuring the effective delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and upholding our standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership capabilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of ABA methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight of client interactions.
- Supervise Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) within the center.
- Evaluate clients to ascertain the suitability of center-based services.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Facilitate parent training for clients receiving center-based services.
- Maintain communication with parents and caregivers of children enrolled in the center.
- Manage the daily operations of our center, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee a limited caseload.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing.
- A Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical ABA skills.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for making a significant impact in a growing agency.
- Preferred: At least one year of supervisory experience in a clinical environment.
- Willingness to work within our center during standard business hours.
