Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our OEM business team at Owens Corning. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and insights to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support for our OEM business, including general ledger oversight, month-end tasks, and financial partnership with commercial, engineering, and corporate FP&A teams.
  • Develop and drive process improvements across the finance department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to understand and reconcile variances, and support monthly/quarterly results reporting for business leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Perform trend analysis on key business KPIs to identify risks and opportunities, and deliver manufacturing efficiency and productivity metrics to plant management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
  • 3 years of professional finance experience, with intermediate experience in Excel and other Office applications.
  • Understanding of GAAP and costing knowledge.
