Security Operations Center Analyst
We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Center Analyst to become a vital member of our team at Johnson Controls International. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing alarm and incident monitoring, as well as dispatching emergency and non-emergency security communications, ensuring effective incident escalation around the clock across numerous locations globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly and efficiently respond to alarm events and incoming communications
- Manage both internal and external customer correspondence
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication
- Operate independently while ensuring a secure work environment
- Follow established protocols for emergencies, security procedures, and reporting
- Foster a positive workplace through self-care and wellness practices
- Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with the security or technology sectors
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Previous experience in a Security Operations Center or similar environment is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must possess U.S. citizenship or have the legal right to work in the U.S.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required, where legally permissible
Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour (Compensation is based on qualifications and market data)
