Park Slope United Soccer Club is a premier youth soccer organization dedicated to fostering the development of young athletes in Brooklyn. We are proud to support over 2000 players, including some of the most competitive girls teams in the NYC area.

Our mission is grounded in the values of community, integrity, and excellence, as we strive to enhance our presence both regionally and nationally.

Travel Program Insights
The PSU travel program represents the pinnacle of our soccer offerings, with teams actively competing throughout the year in local leagues, prestigious tournaments, and the NY State Cup.

Role Responsibilities

We are in search of dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable coaches to join our travel program. Successful candidates will:

  • Lead training sessions and matches for our travel teams.
  • Adhere to our established curriculum.
  • Focus on the comprehensive development of each player within their team.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated playing experience (minimum high school level).
  • At least 3 years of coaching experience in competitive soccer.
  • Valid coaching certification from a recognized authority (USSF/NSCAA/UEFA/etc).
  • Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
  • A genuine passion for soccer.
  • A commitment to working with youth.
  • A focus on the holistic growth of all players within the PSU community.
Preferred Experience
  • Collegiate or professional playing background.
  • USSF D License (or equivalent) or higher.
Compensation

Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
