We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Career Engineer, Geologist or Scientist to join our team at Geosyntec Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing environmental remediation projects, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute environmental remediation projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff and clients.
  • Develop and implement work plans, data evaluation, and report writing.
  • Conduct fieldwork, including environmental sampling, site characterization, and drilling oversight.
  • Direct multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Support business development, staff development, and mentoring.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our practice through publishing and industry conference participation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, earth science, or related field.
  • Advanced degree in related science or professional registration (e.g., P.G., QEP, BCES, CHMM) preferred.
  • At least 5 years of direct environmental consulting experience in site assessment and remediation projects.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience with multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
