Terrain Park Builder

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a skilled Terrain Park Builder to join our team. As a key member of our snow sports department, you will be responsible for designing and building terrain parks that provide a fun and safe experience for our guests.

• Design and build terrain parks that meet the highest standards of safety and fun.
• Collaborate with the Terrain Parks Supervisor and design team to create innovative and exciting park features.
• Communicate daily with park staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Stratton Winter Sports Club and other industry organizations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Expert-level snowcat operator.
• Terrain park design and build experience with a similar operation to Stratton Mountain.

• Knowledge of terrain park trends, design, building, and best practices.
• Competent terrain park rider or skier.
• Solid computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Competitive hourly rate: $23.00 - $30.00.
