We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a RN Clinical Nurse, you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, promoting a healthy work environment and evidence-based practice.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language, with basic computer skills and the ability to optimize the use of technology to support clinical care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience with direct patient care.
