- Develop and oversee detailed project delivery for water infrastructure planning and modeling projects, including defining scope, estimating effort, and calculating man-hour requirements
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule for a team of WI-MAP personnel executing Water Business Line projects
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure effective time management and maintain high-quality work products
- Maintain accurate and current project accounting for all assigned projects
- Provide written and verbal project updates for regional client service managers, the WI-MAP team leader, and clients as needed, including project status, upcoming milestones, financial updates, and progress reports
- Prepare and implement Project Management Plans and Quality Control Plans
- Facilitate both internal and external project workshops
- Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- Minimum of five years of technical experience in water and wastewater, including at least two years in master planning for water and/or wastewater systems
- Extensive experience in executing master planning projects and developing capital improvement programs
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or eligible to obtain registration within six months of employment
- Proficient in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., Bentley WaterGEMS, Bentley SewerGEMS, Innovyze InfoWater, Innovyze InfoWorks ICM)
- Excellent communication skills
- Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- Experience leading projects related to water supply, distribution, wastewater collection systems, and/or integrated water master planning
- Familiarity with asset management programs for buried, linear water and/or wastewater system assets
- Knowledge of rate studies and impact fee assessments
- Experience in water supply planning, water rights permitting, water conservation strategies, and drought contingency planning
- Proficient in using geographical information systems (GIS) for data management, analysis, and presentation
