About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our FedNow fraud prevention services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and roadmap for our fraud prevention products, ensuring they meet industry needs and stay ahead of emerging fraud trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the FedNow fraud prevention product roadmap to ensure our services meet industry needs and deliver business value.
  • Conduct market and user research to gather quantitative and qualitative data to inform product roadmap and requirements recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive competitive differentiation and execute on product strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their voices are heard during roadmap development and that they are aware of upcoming products, features, and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud mitigation with a financial institution or a service provider.
  • Ability to adjust to evolving business priorities and proactively learn new systems and methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, marketing, data, or a related field.
  • Experience in Agile software development and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
