About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Statement Examiner to join our team at Oceanic Enterprises.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for examining and reviewing annual, interim, and consolidated financial statements. You will also participate in audit and assessment tasks, as well as various types of auditing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and review annual, interim, and consolidated financial statements
  • Participate in audit and assessment tasks
  • Prepare annual, interim, and consolidated financial statements for companies of all legal forms
  • Assist with ongoing commercial and tax consulting
  • Support in the management of company transactions

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting, auditing, or tax law
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and ideally have experience with DATEV
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, with a precise and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
