Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team at Madison Polymeric Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, reviewing and recommending revisions as needed.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs for compliance and safety.
  • Participate in compliance hearings involving the company and its current and past employees.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
