Job Summary: R&P Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled Business and Financial Management professional to support the management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program and financial briefs and reports to support business operations
  • Support budget and financial data calls to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Utilize Navy/DoD budget and finance tools and databases to support Integrated Product Teams, training, process documentation, and records management
  • Lead financial functional areas within the larger BFM team to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Support budget development and justification to ensure compliance with DoD/Navy regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma with over 5 years of DoD/Navy financial management experience
  • Familiarity with shipbuilding contracts and contract structures
  • Certification in Business and Financial Management (DAWIA Level II BFM) or equivalent
  • Active Secret clearance
