Special Education Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to autism and related developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one instruction and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
As a Special Education Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized learning plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid RBT certification and have at least one year of experience working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
