Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating current risk deliverables to identify required resolutions. You will manage the risk deliverable end-to-end process, including ERP creation, task timelines, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate current risk deliverables to identify required resolutions.
  • Manage risk deliverable end-to-end process, including ERP creation, task timelines, and implementation.
  • Monitor development, testing, and implementation process.
  • Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on deliverable or vulnerability process.
  • Perform Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) with risk owners.
  • Develop and implement resolutions based on specific risk requirements and needs.
  • Support development of Tableau dashboards with executive-level reporting for all risk operations.
  • Documentation writing in support of each type of risk deliverable, vulnerability, and NPT resolution process.
  • Facilitate meetings that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with development teams, application process users, and risk teams.
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of business systems analysis or business systems design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business information management or technology management or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong demonstration and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with risk-related hardware and software resolutions, task management, and implementation.
  • Experience working with hardware and software version upgrades and migrations.
  • Experience developing and creating Tableau reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with .net, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL queries, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Agile project methodologies.
  • Experience developing solutions to organizational processes.
