Job Summary

The Roofing Field Manager will work closely with partner roofing crews to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing products and materials, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 1-2 job sites per day, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Interact with homeowners and team members, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Accurately measure jobs and place material orders, ensuring efficient and effective project execution
  • Take photos before, during, and after installations, documenting project progress and quality
  • Maintain company vehicles and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Participate in regular morning meetings, staying informed and up-to-date on company news and initiatives
Requirements
  • Construction/roofing experience required, with a strong understanding of roofing products and materials
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in software and systems used by the company
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and assist with installation of roofing systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a positive team player attitude
