State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) serve as the backbone of exceptional nursing care. The Nursing Assistants of today are the future LPNs and RNs of tomorrow.

We currently have immediate openings for STNAs on Day & Night Shifts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with mobility and positioning
  • Transporting residents as needed
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and addressing changes in resident conditions
  • Documenting care in the resident's electronic medical record
  • Participating in required training and educational sessions
  • Helping residents during meal times

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Strong documentation abilities; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Proven work history with a record of excellent attendance
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elderly care
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of assistance
