Position Title: School Psychologist

Soliant is in search of a committed and skilled School Psychologist to become part of our team in the Westmont, IL area. This full-time, onsite role is essential for the academic year. We are seeking a professional who is devoted to fostering students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and create suitable intervention plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to address behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges.
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and administrators to formulate and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions to evaluate student progress and suggest interventions.
• Provide guidance and support to educators and staff on effective instructional methods and classroom management strategies.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and offer assistance during emergencies.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of student evaluations, progress, and services rendered.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices and advancements in the field of school psychology through ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid IL School Psychologist license.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline.
• Prior experience as a school psychologist is preferred.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.
