Key Responsibilities
The Healthcare Reception Specialist will be tasked with:
- Managing incoming calls and scheduling patient appointments.
- Gathering and verifying patient information to ensure accurate records.
- Facilitating the collection of necessary documentation for patient visits.
- Handling correspondence and checking patient eligibility.
- Collecting patient copays and outstanding balances.
- Providing support to the back desk team as required.
