About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Peaceful Homes Property Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across maintenance, leasing, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: Manage and coordinate all maintenance work orders, schedule and oversee maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks, and manage and track billable hours for maintenance services.
  • Team Management: Act as the main point of contact for property managers, office administrators, and maintenance teams, handle escalated issues and provide solutions to ensure resident and team satisfaction, and track team performance by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Administrative Duties: Process security deposit returns in Appfolio and coordinate with Accounting to complete the bank processing, help design, implement, and update the company handbook, and assist in the hiring and training of new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated and knowledgeable about company processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management, maintenance operations, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with property management software (Appfolio preferred).
  • Familiarity with tracking performance metrics (KPI, OKR) and process optimization.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible attitude.
