About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our Brewery Operations team at Brewers Collective. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our brewery and kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the dish pit, ensuring all necessary chemicals are stocked and connected.
  • Clean all dishes, utensils, and small wares to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with minor prep tasks as required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation at all times.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of and passion for food and craft beer.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and work in a hot and humid environment.
