The LPN will play a vital role in providing patient care and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing nursing interventions as indicated for the care and safety of patients
  • Administering medications according to prescribed orders in a timely manner
  • Documenting medication and procedures implemented into the medical record following established protocol
  • Transcribing orders accurately and auditing the medical record for accuracy of orders being transcribed and implemented

In addition to your clinical skills, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and who share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

• An estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements include:

  • Certification from an approved Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
  • License to practice as a LPN in the state
  • One year LPN experience preferred
