We are looking for Full-Time Nurses (Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or Registered Nurse - RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to our patients at both of our Louisiana locations (Leesville and Rosepine). The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient advocacy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a nurse on our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify health issues and needs.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and family members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care and support patient recovery.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during challenging times, fostering a trusting relationship.

Qualifications:

- Valid state nursing license (LPN or RN)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous nursing experience in a physical therapy rehab setting is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
