This role involves field service work to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.



Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients while clearly communicating the necessary services to both customers and management.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of services performed for clients.
  • Coordinate with management to procure necessary parts.
  • Engage with manufacturers as required to assist in diagnosing equipment issues.
  • Timely and professionally install parts ordered for clients.
  • Follow established safety protocols and accident prevention measures.
  • Maintain productivity levels in line with company expectations.


Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a refrigeration or HVAC technician.
  • Must possess EPA certification.
  • CEFESA certification is advantageous.
  • Additional experience in gas, electric, or steam repairs is beneficial.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Possession of standard industry hand tools.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Availability for rotational on-call duties as necessary.
