- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations.
- At least one year of registered nurse experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- Current BLS certification and specialty certification within one year of hire.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
