About the Role

Penske is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Appraiser to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for writing accurate and detailed collision repair estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Utilize superior customer relation skills to ensure exceptional service
  • Work closely with body shop maintenance operations to ensure seamless repair processes
  • Complete repair estimates in Adjustrite system and download into Summit
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of body shop estimating experience
  • Estimator Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational/technical school preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Physical Demands
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
  • Work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
  • Work in all weather conditions
