Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our local management team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and consultation to employees and management on performance management, conflict resolution, and employment policies.
  • Implement and monitor company policies, programs, and procedures related to training, compensation, compliance, and benefits.
  • Oversee the recording and maintenance of employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure division compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and unemployment compensation.
  • Coordinate with division operations and corporate/area HR staff on all employment activities, including hiring, employee relations, compliance, and terminations.
  • Assist in conducting and resolving investigations regarding employee complaints and concerns.
  • Participate in local management staff meetings and influence personnel-related decisions.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to support leadership development and employee growth.
  • Perform or assist with necessary HR-related audits for specific locations.
  • Implement succession planning and talent management plans to support leadership development and business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
