Sales Performance Optimization Specialist

Salary: $45,000 base salary plus incentives and commission
Job Description:
As a Sales Performance Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for growing existing and new accounts, managing sales pipelines, and effectively cold calling, tele prospecting, and networking. You will also coordinate and conduct prospect and client meetings, maintain accurate records of interactions, and provide detailed weekly reports and feedback to sales managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires 2+ years of experience selling in a high-activity selling environment, efficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with contact management software, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to perform prospecting and networking tasks. Knowledge of territory is a plus.
Benefits:
