Exceptional Opportunity for Sales and Customer Service Professionals

Sares Regis Group is a privately held real estate development, investment, and management firm that focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. We are seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in Ontario, CA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews with prospective residents, verifying applications, and updating records as necessary. They will also accompany prospects to model apartments, discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities, and terms of lease. They must be able to effectively present information, respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public, and work well on a team.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Our regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.

The estimated salary for this role is $20-$21 per hour, making it an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.
