We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Group Home Supervisor to join our team at Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. This is a full-time, salaried supervisory position that requires flexibility and a revolving on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities- As the primary liaison between Direct Support Professionals, families/guardians, day program, and County Case Manager, you will ensure effective communication and coordination of client services.
- You will be responsible for managing staff and making decisions necessary for the operation of the department, including hands-on direct care.
- Ensure all programmatic features of the client's Individual Service Plan and Individual Program Plan are carried out in an effective manner.
- Promote a positive, fun, and supportive team environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience working with individuals with disabilities or a similar field.
- Previous personnel management experience is preferred.

- Self-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
