Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous assistance to guests

• Retrieve guest items from cars and transport them to designated areas
• Assist with luggage loading and unloading
• Provide directions to guests and answer questions about hotel services and local attractions

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of previous customer service experience required
• Valid Driver's License required
