Job Overview

Position Summary:

RMS Construction LLC, a prominent player in the real estate development sector, is in search of a dedicated Leasing Administrator. This full-time role requires an individual who is meticulous, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering exceptional service across various property categories, including affordable housing units. The selected candidate will report directly to the Regional Manager and will be based in our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming leasing inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Process tenant applications and conduct thorough screenings.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to arrange property tours.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
  • Experience with HUD compliance is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is advantageous.
