Job Title: Customer Experience Guide

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Guide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including deal documentation and underwriting.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
