About the Job:

This role is responsible for ensuring that our Guests' initial impressions of Dave & Buster's are positive and welcoming. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can guide our Guests through their Midway experience, providing timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to Guest needs.
  • Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage wait times and communicate information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
  • Assist Guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations on items when appropriate.
  • Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Bid farewell to Guests leaving, ensuring everything was satisfactory and inviting them to return.
  • Notify Manager of any Guest perceived to be unhappy.
  • Practice proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise.
  • Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of tickets and merchandise inventory.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
  • Check for restocking of necessary supplies, bringing all areas up to standard, and discussing problem areas with Manager.
  • Review the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, ensuring all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
  • Properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

Salary Range: $7.25 - $12.75 per hour
