POSITION SUMMARY

Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, the Culinary Specialist is tasked with the preparation of all food offerings within the establishment.


This role involves measuring and preparing ingredients prior to cooking, as well as sautéing, frying, and otherwise cooking meals on the kitchen line.

The Culinary Specialist ensures the use of high-quality ingredients, adheres to health and safety regulations, and follows standardized recipes to maintain consistency in product quality.

Additionally, this position may involve assisting patrons with their orders, serving meals when necessary, replenishing display cases, and contributing to the cleanliness of the kitchen area.


Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
