Residential Escrow Officer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Residential Escrow Officer to join our team at United Texas Bank. In this role, you will manage residential escrow transactions from initiation to closing, prepare and review escrow documents, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

About the Opportunity
This is a unique chance for individuals who possess strong communication and organizational skills. As a Residential Escrow Officer, you will collaborate with internal teams, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the closing process. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years' experience directly handling escrow and title transactions, as well as a valid Escrow Officer License.

Responsibilities
* Manage residential escrow transactions from initiation to closing
* Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements, title commitments, and closing disclosures
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the escrow process

Compensation

Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in escrow and title transactions
* Valid Escrow Officer License
* Comprehensive understanding of real estate contracts, mortgage loans, title commitments, and title insurance
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
